Leading Cause of Project Failure: Poor Project Management

How would you describe your project management culture? I have the privilege of intersecting with hundreds of organizations and many effectively describe their culture as “Ready, Fire, Aim!”  There may be some plan, but when it comes to planning vs. action, action wins every time.

In this video Andy Kaufman, PMP, host of the project management podcast entitled The People and Projects Podcast discusses what project management actually is (and isn’t) and how you can raise the bar for you and your team.
